Teaology will accept returns only in the following cases:

Client returns: If you wish to make returns to Teaology Skincare for whatever reason you must report the reason why and have it approved by Teaology Skincare by sending an email to  info@teaology.com and including your contact information. Your request will then be forwarded to the returns department of Teaology Skincare. You must also include proof of purchase in order to facilitate the process.

Returns due to allergies: If ever you develop an allergic reaction to any of our products you have a 30-day period to return them.

Returns of faulty or defective products from online purchase: In the case that you receive faulty or defective products please contact our head office (1-855-SOVANIC or 1-855-768-2642). You will then receive the products again or will receive credit. You must provide proof of purchase and follow the return process. No refunds are available, only exchanges.

Shipping errors: In the case of a shipping error, of incomplete delivery or of products damaged during delivery, claims must be made in the 10 business days following reception of merchandise and the products must be returned to Teaology Skincare. An authorization number will be provided for you by contacting a Customer Service representative (1-855-SOVANIC or 1-855-768-2642) who will then give you instructions on how to return merchandise. Failing to obtain an authorization number frees us of any responsibility to give out credit.

Products damaged during delivery between the company and you: Upon reception, in the case that you receive any products that have been damaged during delivery, you must call customer service within the following 48 hours. Customer service will give you instructions in order to fix the situation (you must keep proof of purchase). Any and all damage done to products after delivery is not our responsibility.

Other cases: No returns will be accepted by Teaology Skincare in the following cases:

  • Products who do not correspond to a valid authorization number
  • Products who have been expired for more than a year
  • In the case of a refund, we will proceed at the time of the return of the merchandise
